Je pense que Coco arrivera au pavillon Mexicain, ainsi que le pavillon Brésil (car y'a pas de fumée sans feu), mais ils seront annoncés plus tard.

Mais c'est vrai que cette communication est étrange, mettre à disposition la maquette et le poster, sans en parler dans la conférence...

On a aussi aucune idée de ce que sera l'attraction Mary Poppins, même si ça n'a pas l'air d'être un flat ride comme en rumeur. Bref ça prend ses aises...

Epcot avait bien besoin d’un bon dépoussiérage mais il est en train de perdre un peu ce qui le différenciait des autres parcs alentours. Difficile de comprendre pourquoi une attraction sur Vaiana/Moana trouve sa place à Epcot et pas Animal Kingdom ou au Magic Kingdom. Mettre les Gardiens de la Galaxie à Epcot plutôt qu’aux Studios, je ne sais pas si ça fait sens non plus...

Bref, ça reste à voir et j’espère me tromper, mais pour moi les films ringards et attractions vieillottes ça faisait le charme d’Epcot.

(Ceci dit il y avait trop de pavillons laissés à l’abandon et la communication graphique est vraiment chouette).

D'ailleurs est ce que quelqu'un connait le nom de ce style visuel utilisé pour les affiches ?

Pourquoi forcément un 5ème parc ? Il a bien du travail avec les parc existants.

@XenoYosh Ces posters ont été créé par les artistes pop-culture Eric Tan et Stacey Aoyama. Tu peux donc chercher leurs autres œuvres pour voir si il y a des choses qui se rapproche du style de ces fameux posters.

Tu peux aussi chercher sur Google Image « poster art fun » ou « vividly poster » pour trouver d’autre truc de ce genre.

Comme tous les pavillons ne sont pas représentés, comme beaucoup, j'ai pensé à une maquette représentant les différents projets prévus pour Epcot. Et cela fonctionne pour un certain nombre de points :
1 (totalement nouveau), 2 (nouveau film annoncé), 2, 5 (nouveau), 6 (nouveau), 7 (réaménagement), 10 (nouvelle attraction), 11 (nouveau restaurant), 12 (nouvelle attraction : Ratatouille).
Du coup, on peut se demander ce qu'il en est des autres représentés qui n'ont pas eu d'annonce (à ma connaissance) :
3. Pavillon Mexique et sa rumeur d'attraction sur Coco. La maquette montre clairement une guitare adossée à la pyramide.
8. Rumeurs sur un update du ride Journey Into Imagination with Figment

Jusque là, je me disais que cela donne du crédit à ces rumeurs
mais je vois qu'il y a aussi le pavillon de l'eau (4) et le Test Track (9) qui n'ont rien eu d'annoncé je crois et sur lesquels je n'ai jamais entendu de rumeur (si vous pouvez me confirmer cela). A moins que j'ai mal reconnu ces pavillons sur la vidéo ?

Et surtout, ce qui me met la puce à l'oreille du fait que ce n'est peut-être pas une maquette des projets en cours, c'est l'absence des pavillons Anglais (pour Mary Poppins) et Canadien (nouveau film il me semble). Enfin pas de pavillon Brésilien non plus ?

Il y a aussi des Maracas, n'ayant pas vu Coco je ne sait pas si il y a un lien
Perso je pense qu'ils ont juste pris des bâtiments "iconiques" pour compléter leur maquette, en tout cas le fait que les 3 Caballeros restent ne me dérange pas du tout

Oui c’est intriguant. Après cela pourrait tout aussi bien faire référence à la présence de Coco dans le pavillon et non nécessairement à l’attraction (il y a deja de la deco-co dans le pavillon). Mais franchement, la rumeur du ride coco, j’y crois à fond ^^

Vous ne trouvez pas étrange que le pavillon brésilien n’ait pas été annoncé et n’apparaisse même pas sur la maquette ?

Si c'est étrange. C'est ce que nous discutons au dessus, mais pour moi il manque "l'officialisation" de plusieurs choses:
- la refonte du pavillon Imagination
- l'arrivée de Coco au pavillon mexicain
- la création d'un pavillon brésilien

Ca viendra dans un 2ème temps.

Je ne suis pas sûr de comprendre l'objet de la procédure... Que reproche la WDC ? La fermeture prolongée du restaurant malgré la ré-ouverture du pavillon ?

Whaou, c'est super bizarre comme procédure et procédé... Le pavillon n'appartient pas à TWDC du coup, mais à l'Etat Marocain ?

Plusieurs restaurants et boutiques des pavillons de World Showcase sont opérés par des tiers.

Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant, LLC, l'entreprise qui opère les établissements du pavillon marocain, est en faillite virtuelle depuis le printemps.

Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant, LLC. compte 260 cast members sous contrat.

Après avoir demandé et obtenu un prêt financier à The Walt Disney Company en avril dernier, l'entreprise n'a pas rempli ses obligations, ce qui a forcé The Walt Disney Company à prendre des mesures légales à son encontre en septembre dernier.

The Walt Disney Company a ainsi pris le contrôle de l'ensemble du pavillon (food & beverage + merchandise) et va pouvoir y gérer l'ensemble des opérations.

Les activités de l'entreprise à Disney Animal Kingdom (tatouages au henné à Mombasa Marketplace) et à Disney Springs (restaurant Paradiso 37) ne font pas partie de la reprise.

Our music producers at Walt Disney Imagineering have been remotely directing recording sessions with an incredibly diverse array of musical artists, performing in studios around the world.

Once complete, “Harmonious” will be one of the largest nighttime spectaculars we’ve ever produced. We’re busy setting the stage of this innovative toolkit, preparing each of the show’s five floating platforms to take its place on World Showcase Lagoon.
